This beautiful and colorful handmade patchwork scrap quilt measuring 40" square would be perfect as a lap quilt or for the nursery for either a boy or a girl; newborn, infant or toddler.(FYI: crib mattress is 27' by 52").
The quilt is comprised of 9 sawtooth star blocks made of 100% quality cotton designer batik fabrics in all bright colors- yellow, orange, red, pink, purple, aqua, green and blue as well as 100% designer cotton white fabric.
The blocks are surrounded by scrappy pieced borders.
The quilt top is machine pieced.
A layer of cotton batting in the middle adds warmth to the quilt.
The backing fabric made an ultra-soft 100% designer cotton flannel fabrics in a yellow and white star print.
A scrappy beige batik mitered double-fold binding has been added for durability.
Easy care-machine wash(cold) and dry(gentle cycle).
