This scrappy handmade dog themed patchwork quilt measuring 39" by 51" in yellow, red, green and blue on a white background utilizes a traditional quilting pattern in each dog block which would be perfect as a lap quilt or crib quilt for either a boy or a girl; newborn, infant or toddler.(FYI: crib mattress is 27' by 52").
This quilt is large enough to be used as toddler bed quilt.
The quilt top features a scrappy assortment of dogs wearing collars.  The blocks are surrounded by sashing with cornerstones.
As a traditional 3 layered quilt:
The quilt top, made of 100% quality designer cotton fabrics in an assortment of feed sack reproduction prints from the 1930's, is machine pieced.
A layer of cotton batting in the middle adds warmth to the quilt.
Backing made of an ultra-soft 100% quality cotton flannel in a yellow and white star print.
A red pin dot mitered double-fold binding has been added for durability.
Easy care-machine wash(cold) and dry(gentle cycle).
