    Description

***Greetings from Kansas City...Price includes shipping to your door in the lower 48...I have a shipping contact that owes me a favor so I am passing along to whomever purchases our F32 435i***
Just a bit of warning, this will be a very long read with more details than you probably require to make a purchasing decision. If you're looking for a very special BMW F32 435i then continue on...if you're looking for the cheapest one on the market, then you can skip ours. I have had at least one BMW in our garage since 1996 and am well versed on how to maintain these automobiles properly.  They are bullet-proof performance coupes and fantastic cars so long as you understand how to pick a good one and take care of it.  BMW values can be a serious challenge to understand with the myriad of options and packages not to mention most in this range lack details to their ownership and maintenance history.  Finding one that is properly sorted and loved-on is paramount to your ownership experience.
First off, this has been my wife’s “fun” car since 5/2018 and has not been subjected to our harsh winters here in KC.
I always purchase one-owner cars from down south as the typical Midwest cars get a bit crusty due to all the salt thrown down during our winter season…underneath corrosion simply adds to repair costs and premature failure of componentry.
True to course, I found this loaded up 435i M-Sport living its best life down in AL with 35K miles, loaded up with all the right options (plus some) and had only been owned by one gentleman prior.
It's finished in Melbourne Red Metallic with the
Black Nevada Leather Group and all the associated M-Sport trimmings.
It’s now sitting at 50,581 miles and is current on all required/recommended maintenance.
This past spring, my wife was finally ready for a new “fun” car and we decided to give this 435i to my daughter as her college graduation gift (she had been pining for this since we bought it).  All was great and she was thrilled but fast forward a bit to today, she has found that she has been missing the utility of her old X5 so she’s back in a boring SUV.  With that said, I can assure you that there is not a better value to be had in the 4-series market…we had this thing gone thru bow to stern to ensure it was as perfect as possible before handing it over to our daughter.  There is nothing on my “to-do” list outside of getting out and enjoying it.
As I have mentioned, this is not some unknown BMW sitting on a Dealer's Lot... Rather, she's been loved on and maintained by a family that has a true sickness for Bimmers of any shape, size or type.  As mentioned up top, It can be tricky understanding all the BMW options so here’s a detailed list of how it's kitted out.
Equipment, Options (I'm sure I've missed a few) and recent maintenance.
The big options are “packages” but I have also listed a few of the a-la-cart selections that were also added above and beyond:
    ZMM:
M-Sport Package (Suspension, Appearance, Performance, etc)
    ZCW:
    Cold Weather Package
    ZDA:
    Drover Assistance Package
    ZPP:
    Premium Package
    ZTP:
    Technology Package
    5DP:
    Parking Assistant
    688:
    Harmon Kardon Surround Audio System
    2PL:
    19” Staggered Style 442M Wheels
    A79:
    Melbourne Red Metallic Paint
    LCSW:
    Black Dakota Leather Interior
BMW Rear Trunk Lid Spoiler-painted to match
Windows Tinted to KS Legal Limit
All Weather Floor Mats up front
    -Michelin tires installed at 35K
Since we had owned it for so long, we had a good barometer regarding its reliability and potential needs so when it was time to hand it over to our daughter, I went through the car once again to make sure it was a perfect as possible.  This was all performed at 48K miles unless otherwise noted.  Here are the details:
Base-Lined All Fluids (change) including Coolant, Brake Fluid, Transmission, Diff, Etc.
Replaced Air Filter and Cabin Filters.
Brakes, Oil Filter Housing Gaskets, Belts and Idlers (42K miles)
New Brembo Brake Pads (42K miles) - Very Low/No Dust and - huge improvement over stock.
Bosch Quiet Cast Rotors (42K miles).
New Brake Wear Sensors (42K miles).
Evaluate and Verify all Suspension Components within Spec and operating correctly.
Evaluate and Verify all Suspension Bushings, Wheel Hubs & Ball Joints within Spec.
Spark Plugs were removed to verify gap and condition.
Measured Resistance on Spark Plug Wires.
Snaked the Sunroof Drains to ensure no blockages (common issue on all cars).
Snaked A/C evaporator lines to prevent blockages.
    Replaced Wipers.
Aluminum Charge Pipe installed (35K miles) - preventative for common failure part
Clay Bar'd and Corrected the exterior paint.
Polished with 3M 06064 Perfect-It Polish (applied with Porter Cable 7424XP orbital).
Waxed with Collinite #845 Insulator Wax.
Polished Headlight Covers with Black Labs Corp All-Kleer aircraft windshield polish.
Interior Trim Cleaned with Meguiar's D101 Pro Detailer's Cleaner.
Leather Lightly Cleaned and Conditioned with Lexol...did not need any deep clean or repair...no prior damage or re-dying has been performed and the hides are in great condition showing less than typical wear.
All this "sorting out" was accomplished to insure a reliable, pleasurable and predictable ownership experience for the foreseeable future.  The last thing I wanted was to have any issues after giving it to our daughter. The exterior is free of any major flaws and the interior is in fantastic condition with no odd odors or visible wear and the leather has obviously been conditioned regularly by the prior owner as well.
Ours is not the cheapest 435 you're going to find but likely the best value with everything sorted and maintenance up to date. This in turn should provide you with an inexpensive and more importantly, reliable ownership experience. We own this outright so there will be no lien issues with the sale.
